Garlic Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional spices: paprika, cumin, garlic salt, curry powder etc.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Cut or break the cauliflower into small florets. Place in a colander and rinse. Grate parmesan cheese, if desired.


In a large bowl combine cauliflower, grated cheese, olive oil and salt.


Line 2 baking sheets with tin foil. Spread the cauliflower onto the baking sheets and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until browned and a bit crispy

*Tip try to cut cauliflower so pieces can lie flat for even roasting
