Pre heat oven to 425F
Mix together the following spices:
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1.5 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1.5 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Pat dry 8 chicken thighs and add to a mixing bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil and the mixture of spices.
Place chicken on top of a rack. This ensures the crispy skin.
Bake for 35-40mins for juicy chicken!
