No bake Peanut butter Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/4 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of ground peanuts (or nut/flaxseeds)

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Remove from fridge and roll out into individual balls.

I used a small sized cookie scoop and made 20!
