BBQ Pork Steak

I don’t cook or eat pork much at home but when I saw two pre-marinated pork steaks at No Frills for $6.00 how could I resist.

These pork steaks are not pork loin or pork chops. We cooked them on the BBQ several minuets a side until the internal temperature reached 145°F.

Served with a side of fresh mixed green salad and rainbow potatoes!
