Easy fall of the bone BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

Ingredients – Dry Rub (also used for pulled pork)

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon of cayenne
  • 2 teaspoon chipotle
  • 2 teaspoon of cumin

Heat oven to 275°F.

Coat ribs with dry rub

Cover the pan or baking sheet tightly with aluminum foil, and then bake until the meat falls easily from the bones, 3 to 4 hours.

Remove the ribs from the oven, discard the aluminum foil and generously brush both sides with barbecue sauce.

Finish on BBQ over direct high heat approx. 3-5 min per side.
