Serves: 4. Time : 20 min.
Ingredients
- Frozen turbot fish (defrosted over night)
- Fresh ginger
- Salt
Tip – no oil required as turbot fish have lots of oil!
Instructions
Pre- heat BBQ on high.
Rinse and dry the fsh and use paper towel to rub away black lining in the tummy.
Use knife to make 3 cut on each side of the fish. Put ginger slices inside the cuts. Sprinkle table salt each side.
Served with side of Bok Choy – see recipe
Then, high grill 10 minutes each side. Alternatively, Broil instead of grill.
