Salad Rolls are so versatile, you can have a few as a meal or as a snack and they are so easy to make!
Ingredients
- Rice paper
- Shrimp, cooked, deshelled
- Cucumber, thinly sliced
- Carrot, shredded
- Vermicelli noodles cooked according to package
- Basil
- Cilantro
- Green Onion
- Hosin Sauce
- Peanut Sauce
- Lime juice
To make the salad roll, immerse rice paper in hot water for 30 secs in a flat shallow pan plate then add in ingredients and roll!
