Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Day old rice
  • Chopped green onions
  • Diced onions and garlic
  • Chopped Ham
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Any other vegetable you have on hand! (carrots, peas, sprouts).
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon of soya sauce
  • optional: toasted sesame oil

Instructions

First heat the frying pan to medium high. Add 1-2 tablespoon of oil. Make sure the oil is HOT. Fry the onions for a few minutes. Then add ham or meat of choice. Followed by lettuce.

Push all the ingredients to the side. Add your egg. I like to scramble mine.

Stir in Rice and toss with soya sauce and green onions.
