Ingredients
- 1 can of refrigerated (overnight, or freeze for 10 min) full cream coconut milk. The cold temperature holds the shape.
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3-4 tablespoon of powdered sugar (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla (optional)
Scoop out cream from coconut can and only use the thickened cream at the top (discard the watery bit at the bottom), mix all ingredients on medium until smooth and creamy.
