Mango Sticky Rice

Ingredients

  • mango
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup of glutinous rice

Instructions

  1. wash and rinse the rice 10x and soak it for 3 hours
  2. Cook sticky rice in rice cooker
  3. heat up 1 can of coconut milk and add two teaspoons of sugar and a pinch of salt. Gradually add more sugar to taste
  4. Remove rice from cooker and place in a bowl. Slowly add the coconut syrup to the rice and mix.
  5. Peel mango and serve
