Ingredients
- mango
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup of glutinous rice
Instructions
- wash and rinse the rice 10x and soak it for 3 hours
- Cook sticky rice in rice cooker
- heat up 1 can of coconut milk and add two teaspoons of sugar and a pinch of salt. Gradually add more sugar to taste
- Remove rice from cooker and place in a bowl. Slowly add the coconut syrup to the rice and mix.
- Peel mango and serve
