I used the Gyoza (Potstickers) recipe and instead of frying the gyozas I boiled them for 10 mins and served with soup noodles and veggies.
This time I added in diced shitake mushrooms and hand mixed the ingredients instead of using a food processor.
Tip: Bring water to a boil and add dumplings to pot and reduce heat to medium high so the dumplings do not exploded!
