Bluberry Souffle Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp lemonzest
  • As many blueberries as you like! (I used frozen)
  • Dash of cinanom

Oil a Skillet or Cast Iron Pan and Bake at 475° for 10 mins
