Cream of corn chicken with broccoli

A Hong Kong Classic comfort food

Ingredients

  • chicken thighs cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp shoaxing cooking wine
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp toasted seasme oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch of white pepper
  • 1 can corn, cream style
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional) add after cooking

Marinate the chicken and ingridents together (Excpet corn and cream).

Saute chicken until golden brown and almost cooked through. Then, add the corn and bring to a boil and until chicken is cooked through.

Serve with rice and broccoli.
